Report a Download Error

Something refused to download? Tell us the address and we will look into it.

Before you send

A report we can act on takes about a minute to write. Please include:

  • Required The full video address, copied from your browser’s address bar — not the search page it came from.
  • Required What actually happened: no link appeared, the file was empty, the download stopped early, or the quality you expected was missing.
  • Helpful Your browser and device, and the exact wording of any message shown on the page.
  • Helpful Whether the same video downloads on another site of ours, or whether every video on that site fails.

What happens next

Reports are reviewed in the order they arrive. Most site breakages are fixed within 7 days; please check back after that and try the same address again. We cannot reply to every report individually, so there is no need to send the same one twice.

  • Requests for a site we do not support yet — those are welcome, but they are feature requests rather than errors, and they take longer than 7 days.
